  • Stripe: For secure online payment processing. Only necessary transaction data is shared; Van Damme Handyman does not store credit card details.
  • Odoo: Provides our cloud hosting and database services. Data may be stored in data centers within specified regions for improved performance and disaster recovery.

These providers are bound by data protection regulations and specific data processing agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Data Retention

  • Account & Contact Data: Retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the service, including any applicable legal retention period.
  • Browser Data: Stored for up to 12 months to maintain service security and performance.
  • Server Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and performance purposes.

Upon termination of services, customer databases are kept in a deactivated state for a 3-week grace period and then deleted.

Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time. To initiate a deletion, please send a request to hello@vandammehandyman.com, and we will promptly remove your data from our systems unless we are legally required to retain it.

Customer Access

You may review, edit, or update your stored information by logging into our Odoo portal. This includes access to your invoices, service tasks, and any related support tickets.
